Rev. Hailey Armoogan

Hailey Armoogan serves as the lead pastor of Fort Smith Pentecostal Church in Fort Smith, Northwest Territories, Canada where she leads a multi-ethnic, multi-generational church. She has been an ordained minister with the PAOC since 2001 and has served in vocational Christian ministry for over 20 years. Hailey has served as a children’s and family ministries pastor and church ministries pastor in local church contexts, as a PAOC global worker overseas and has been involved in leadership development in 43 countries. She holds a Bachelor of Theology degree, with a minor in Cross-Cultural Studies, a certificate of Messianic Studies and a Masters in Global Leadership from Fuller Theological Seminary. She is also currently serving as the interim president of Sub-Arctic Leadership Training (S.A.L.T.) College, in Fort Smith, NT.
