MYANMAR

Nearly 700,000 Rohingya refugees have fled from Myanmar to Bangladesh since August 2017, in what is being called the world’s fastest growing refugee crisis. Pray that God will grant them permanent shelter and protect and comfort as they face monsoon season in the area. Pray that ERDO, as they work with their local partner, Bishop Philip Adhikary and The Pentecostal Assemblies of Bangladesh (PAOB), will continue to reach refugees with emergency food and non-food items to help them survive in the coming weeks and months.

EASTERN ONTARIO & NUNAVUT DISTRICT

Pray for the children who will be attending Blast, the children’s convention, on May 26 at Ottawa Valley Pentecostal Camp in Cobden, Ontario. May they have powerful encounters with God, engage in passionate worship and experience life-changing teaching sessions. Pray that God will prompt many children to attend, and that He will remove any obstacles to their attendance. Pray that He will prepare their hearts to receive all that He wants to accomplish during this event. Pray that many seeds will be planted in their hearts and that their lives and their families’ lives will be impacted for eternity.

WESTERN ONTARIO DISTRICT

Pray for all of the youth who attended the Overflow youth conference this past weekend (May 18 to 20) at Waterloo Memorial Recreation Complex in Waterloo, Ontario. Pray that all of the seeds that were planted in the young people’s lives will find fertile soil. Pray that their lives will be radically changed by what they heard and saw about Christ and God’s Word. Pray also that they will speak boldly to their family and friends about God’s love.

BRITISH COLUMBIA & YUKON DISTRICT

The youth conference Historymaker is taking place this upcoming weekend (May 25 to May 27) at the Prospera Centre in Chilliwack, B.C. Pray that the youth attending will have opportunities to connect with one another, build relationships, and experience life-changing moments with Jesus Christ. May they also learn about God’s love for them and how to deepen their faith throughout the weekend. Pray also for the speakers and music artists as they prepare for their time together.

Stewart & Gudrun Hunter

INTERCONTINENTAL

Pray that God will bless and guide the relationships that Stewart and Gudrun have with all of the global workers, congregations and ministry partners they visit. Pray that God will grant them wisdom in how to assist global workers as they offer support and encouragement to them. Pray also for Stewart and Gudrun’s health, safety and protection as they travel around the world.
