This is a business-as-mission, manufacturer based in Nepal. Their mission is to provide world-class, ethical manufacturing that empowers marginalized people and survivors of exploitation to fresh starts and fulfilled lives. The company gauges its success by the lives they impact.

They are seeking an experienced business leader to manage the Nepal-based business operations and staff. S/he will work closely with an executive team that includes the CEO and the Director of Marketing and Sales and a small team of senior department leaders in Nepal.

Skills

The qualified individual will be good with company financial planning and forecasting and have a proven track record of being a good manager of people and know how to set and maintain a company culture. S/he will be a strategist and leader able to steer the company toward sustainable growth that accomplishes its mission. This is a full-time position with a hoped-for commitment of 5+ years.
