PCCNA Annual Meeting: February 24 - 26, 2016

DFW Marriott Solana, Westlake, TX & The King's University, Southlake, TX

Dear Friend of PCCNA

CULTURE has descended into a nightmare of iniquity. The evening news documents this downstream reality in our cities. And it is happening on your watch and mine!

What's wrong? What's not working? Where is the church? Is there an up stream solution? Have we surrendered to culture, or can it be subdued and redeemed? Why is the sword of the Lord covered with cobwebs and buried in the stone?

Those are questions we will explore, February 24 - 26, 2016, in Dallas, Texas. We hope you will join us! The voices of culture warriors and change agents will inspire you as we pray and discern together, and as we inquire of the Lord how His church can "prevail against the gates of hell." "Forceful men lay hold" of the kingdom!

Meeting Registration

PLEASE register now for the 2016 Annual Meeting. Click here, or go to www.pccna.org and click on the CULTURE: SURRENDER OR SUBDUE graphic on the opening page of the web site. Hotel Reservations

PCCNA has contracted with the DFW Marriott Solana, 5 Village Circle, Westlake, TX, 76262, for meeting and sleeping rooms. Our $159 room rate is available three (3) days prior and three (3) days following the meetings based on availability. After that date unreserved rooms will be released for general sale, and the price will dramatically increase.

Executive Committee

The Executive Committee will begin earlier this year, at 8:00 a.m., on Wednesday, February 24, and will dismiss at 4:30 p.m. Wednesday breakfast is on your own. Breaks and lunch will be provided. A special invitation has been extended to the Executive Committee and spouses to attend chapel that day at The King's University (TKU) from 11:00 a.m. to 12 noon, followed by a lunch hosted by President John Spurling. Chapel and lunch will be off-site at TKU, less than a 10 minute drive from the hotel.

Commissions

We are excited to announce the launch of our new commissions: Christian Unity, Prayer, and Communications & Media. These commissions will meet Wednesday, February 24, in advance of the opening of the Annual Meeting. The commission leadership, members, and spouses, are included in the invitation to join the TKU chapel and luncheon (see note above under Executive Committee).

Board of Administration, Sponsors, Guests and Observers

All other members, guests, friends, observers and sponsors should plan on arriving at the hotel Wednesday, no later than mid-afternoon, February 24, in time for hotel check-in, PCCNA registration (2:00 p.m. - 4:30 p.m.), and preparation for the opening evening event. All meetings are concluded by Friday, February 26, at 12:30 p.m.

Ground Transportation

For those not renting cars, the hotel provides a complimentary shuttle to and from the airport. Breakfasts and dinners are at the hotel. Meetings during the day on Thursday (25th) and Friday (26th) are at TKU (The King's University, less than 10 minutes from the hotel). At the time of this printing, PCCNA is still working on the ground transportation between the hotel and TKU for Thursday and Friday. Rest assured...you won't be stranded.

Please be in prayer for our gathering. These are sobering days that present great opportunity for the Gospel and the love of God to be demonstrated and shared. There is good news to celebrate about kingdom advance, but Christianity in North America is presently losing the war with the seven mountains of culture. May Father raise His champions to lead battles of boldness and love in this hour of desperate need. Amen.

Expectantly in Christ,
Jeff Farmer, President
