Children’s Ministry at General Conference
We want parents to be able to fully participate in the Conference, knowing their children are well cared for. Children’s Ministry will be available for children ages 2–10.
Our team is committed to creating a space where kids are cared for physically, emotionally, and spiritually through activities, games, and bible teaching.
Our Leaders
This year’s Children’s Ministry will be led by Natalie Dickert and Carter Machin from the Western Ontario District. Natalie and Carter served as leaders at General Conference 2024, and we are excited to have them back again this year!
All children’s ministry volunteers will be screened and will have completed abuse prevention training.
Age Groups
Children’s Ministry will be offered for Preschool, ages 2-5 and elementary, ages 6–10
A family/nursing room will be available for parents with infants and children under 2.
What to Expect
Children can look forward to a mix of:
- Games and activities
- Crafts and interactive learning
- Local excursions for elementary-aged children (weather permitting)
Children should come dressed for fun, games, and being outside.
Drinks and snacks will be provided, and we ask that parents do not bring outside food into the Children’s Ministry rooms.
