Cross-Cultural Pastor
Purpose
Use your pastoral giftings to lean an international church or come alongside national leadership in church planting intitiatives. Good strong city churches have the ability to effect a whole nation. In particular, international churches gather professionals from all over the world, forming a faith community with a unique capacity to advance the kingdom globally.
Skills
Effective leaders with experience and theological training are needed to mentor others in ministry, in either church planting or international church settings.
Support
Our international team will walk with you along the way – from application to deployment. Cross-cultural training, administrative support and coaching will be provided, along with assistance for promotional and fundraising efforts.Opportunities listed below are available in short-term, mid-term and long-term appointments and can be volunteer or career.
