Are you looking for an exciting, cross-cultural and uniquely Canadian short-term mission opportunity for your group? Bring your team to Québec for a week of mission and service.
If you are interested in a meaningful mission experience that will have a deep and lasting impact on you and your team, you've found it. Working in partnership with the local church and other amazing community organizations, teams will learn practical ways to share God's love with anyone.
We will assist you with some of the practical aspects of the trip planning, such as lodging, transportation and scheduling, which allows leaders to focus on discipling your group. Our heart is to inspire team members to discover and embrace their gifts and passions and to connect them with opportunities to use those gifts. Teams will learn the importance of taking this experience home and be a missionary wherever God has placed them.
OUR THREE MAIN GOALS FOR YOUR TEAM ARE:
- TO EDUCATE by sharing a deeper understanding of Québec's history and spiritual landscape, and illuminating the pressing need for missions in Québec, particularly in urban and cross-cultural contexts.
- TO EQUIP you with the skills and insights necessary to cultivate a "living missionally awareness" in your daily life, wherever you are planted. It is about translating your faith into action, no matter the setting.
- TO ENCOURAGE, not only team participants, but also to encourage local ministries, organizations and churches of Québec by contributing to their growth and mission in meaningful ways.

As Urban Workers with Mission Canada, Cal & Chrissy Krahn help facilitate short-term mission trips for groups who come to Québec for a week or more of service, prayer and education. It is not just for youth; anyone with a heart for missions is invited! They are passionate about equipping people to be spiritually aware and harnessing their unique gifts to radiate God's love while serving and actively participating in the transformation of communities and lives.
