Summit Pacific College School of Graduate Studies Announces a New Master’s Degree in Theology and Spiritual Leadership.

Master of Arts in Theology and Spiritual Leadership is a 44-credit program, consisting of course work (33 cr.) and thesis writing (11 cr.). Areas of study include biblical studies, constructive theology, and leadership studies. Each program component brings cognitive and formational aspects to learning which develop competencies in spiritual leadership that take place both in the marketplace and in the church.

“We are excited to offer our first Graduate Degree – Master of Arts in Theology and Spiritual Leadership. This is the culmination of 6 years of work by Dr. Riku Tuppurainen and his team. We have designed this degree to make it both affordable and accessible for those who are engaged in Christian ministry (locally and globally), who may not be able to take seasons of time away to dedicate to study.” --Dr. Dave Demchuk – President of Summit Pacific College

“We are thrilled about the new degree program that has been in the making for over a half a decade. The MA in Theology and Spiritual Leadership serves all Christians - vocational ministers and ordinary believers alike. It is suitable for everyone who takes seriously Jesus’s Great Commission to go to the marketplace, making disciples and teaching them biblical truth. We are convinced that students who engage in this program will not only advance in their biblical and theological knowledge, but will also be transformed by God’s Word to serve in the Kingdom in a higher capacity.” --Dr. Riku Tuppurainen – Dean of Graduate Studies

The first cohort of students will begin in Fall 2022*. For more information, email gradstudies@summitpacific.ca.

* Some courses are available now if students wish to get an early start.
