Church Planting Catalysts

Purpose

With only 0.2% evangelical believers in the country, catalysts are needed to see a church-planting movement accelerate. Multiple disciplines are needed to support a growing church planting movement.

• Youth Director: train youth and children's leaders in disciple making.
• Worship Leadership: empower and mentor local believers in worship ministry.
• Pastoral mentor: care, counsel and encourage church planters in partnership with national church leadership.

Skills

Qualified applicants would need to be able to train and mentor others in church planting and disciple making. A flexible, servant's heart needed, spiritual maturity, self-starter, outgoing and ability to build relationships. Short term and long-term options are available. Formal bible training is an asset.

Support

Our Mission Global team will walk with you along the way – from application to deployment. Training, administrative support and mission coaching will be provided, along with assistance for promotional and fundraising efforts.
