Login Information
Username: Individual’s E-mail Address
Existing portal user Credential Renewal instructions
1. After logging in, select “the Credentials icon.”
2. In the left-hand menu, select Pending Renewals.
3. Click the blue Credential Code link next to your pending renewal to complete the form. The Status will show what stage
your credential is in (Ready to Renew, Pending, or Completed).

1. After logging in, select “Church”
2. In the left-hand menu, select “ACLR”
3. Click on the record labeled with the correct Church and Fiscal Year to start the ACLR survey

Need help registering?
I am attempting to register for a portal account to complete my Credential Renewal, but it says that I already have an account.
Users may already have a portal account if they completed the ACLR survey using the survey tool released in 2020. To complete your Credential Renewal, please log in using the same e-mail address and password that was used to register for the portal to complete the ACLR.
If you do not remember your password, please navigate to https://my.paoc.org and click the “Forgot your password?” button. After entering your e-mail address, click send and you will be able to reset your password using the instructions that were sent to your e-mail address.
NOTE: If you are able to successfully log in to the portal and do not see your pending renewal in the “Credential” section, please contact us using the Portal Support Form so that our staff can assist you.
