Detailed Description:
The successful candidate(s) will develop a strategy to reach specific religious communities in a Western European nation through front-line outreach and potentially church planting. The candidate(s) will initially live near these communities in Europe and develop a strategy for relationship building, outreach and discipleship. Outreach efforts will focus on community involvement and regeneration with high emphasis on social interaction and learning. They will work in partnership with existing national churches engaged in similar activities if applicable.
The successful candidate(s) will also serve on the Eurasia Now RAN Outreach work group to develop further strategies and training for equipping Global Workers and national church leaders how to reach these people groups in Europe.

Required Experience:
Previous work with RAN required
Church planting or entrepreneurial experience

Emphasis on Intercultural Studies, RAN Religious Studies and/or Community Development an asset
