Prayer Request/Praise Report: We are thankful that we have been able to adjust quickly to our new surroundings. We've been able to jump right into our roles and responsibilities quickly. We're also thankful for the home God has provided which is very close to our daughter's school and the church. This saves a tremendous amount of time and money in travel.
Our prayer is that God will help us to see what He sees. There are so many areas that we can be involved in - too many, really! Our prayer is that we know what to invest our time in and what not to. Balancing ministry with family is a real challenge for us as we narrow what God has called us to do.
We are also challenged with continuing to raise our support from across the ocean. We've had surprises and some disappointments which can distract us from what we are supposed to do. We pray that individuals will respond to God as He challenges them to be involved in this ministry.

Profile
After almost twenty years of ministry in Canada, Marty and Margit have followed God call to provide much needed help at Christian Life Assembly in Kigali, Rwanda. This international, multicultural church is the hub of some crucial ministries in this city which has been recovering from unimaginable strife with the genocide of 1994. The Mittelstaedts will be working with Elmer and Sherry Komant, providing leadership in the church, particularly training in music, multimedia and children's work.
