Hello and thank you for visiting our newly created missionary profile page! We have recently been approved by the PAOC as full time missionaries to Chennai, India were we’ll be managing Hope For the Children, a home for orphaned & abandoned children. This home was founded in 2006 by the ministry of Prasad & Dawn Samson, who have been PAOC missionaries in Chennai, India since 2005. This home first began with 22 children and has since more than doubled its size. The amount of children continues to grow and with that comes the demand for further leadership & direction. We believe the Lord has given our family a burden to reach the orphaned & abandoned children of Chennai. We will be responsible for the daily supervision of the children’s home by ensuring that both their physical & spiritual needs are being met. This also includes regular maintenance on the facility, hiring care-givers, field trips for the children and making sure all children are receiving an education and proper medical attention. We will also provide resource support & promotion for the ministry. Our vision is to see many more children given the gift of hope by not only bringing them into a loving & safe home environment, but by introducing them to the Giver of Hope Himself. Our desire is to make sure that this message of hope is passed on to as many children as possible so that they impact their world for Jesus!

With over 40 children living in the home we are already beyond capacity. As a result of this some of the children have been forced to sleep in the dining hall. As the number of children in need of this ministry continues to grow, we are trusting the Lord to provide the resources necessary to expand on the existing facility so that we can rescue & care for more orphaned & abandoned children in Chennai.
