Since August 1, 2003, Mercer Consulting assumed the day-to-day administrative responsiblity for PAOC pension member services.

Mercer handles record keeping, provides annual disclosure statements about your position in the Pension Plan, calculates benefits available upon retirement, termination or death, and provides the appropriate documentation for completion. 

Therefore, please contact Mercer with:

• Any questions concerning your pension entitlement.
• Any changes to your personal information (e.g. beneficiary changes, changes to marital status, name changes).

• All address changes should continue to be referred to the National Office.
