- Is open to all PAOC credential holders and eligible staff of PAOC churches and institutions.
- Minimum contribution to start is 2.5% of compensation matched by employer.
- 12% of the annual employee and employer contributions are added to your pension benefit each year.
- The PAOC Pension Plan promise is a pension for life.
Since 1938, The Pentecostal Assemblies of Canada (PAOC) has offered a defined benefit pension plan with a guaranteed life time pension with annual increments.
Today all credential holders affliated with The Pentecostal Assemblies of Canada and staff of PAOC churches and institutions who meet local church membership requirements are eligible for membership in the plan. The Pension Fund (1969) of The Pentecostal Assemblies of Canada is a corporation led by a Board of Trustees who are appointed by the General Executive of PAOC. Roy Schellenberg, Executive Director of the Pension Plan, provides oversight to pension plan operations.
All plan administration is co-ordinated through the International Office, with assistance from third party Investment, administrative, and advisory services.
