Skinner, Dean & Wendy
Dean was born in Zimbabwe and brought up in Africa as an MK. He and Wendy have pastored at three major PAOC churches: Evangel Pentecostal Church in Oakville, ON, Markham Pentecostal Church in Markham, ON, and Agincourt Pentecostal Church in Scarborough, ON. Dean and Wendy now serve at Emmanuel Press in South Africa, which was started by Robert and Doris Skinner, Dean's parents, who were former directors.
