Mission Canada Women's Ministries values women of every generation and culture, and exists to unite women for prayer, relationship, and partnership with Mission Canada. It aspires to care for and disciple women to achieve their God-given potential by providing resources, new coaching endeavors, and mentoring programs to encourage personal growth and to mobilize Canadian women for mission to Canada and beyond.

The Mentoring Challenge
We learned that mentoring is not about "fixing" and "instructing," but about "assisting" and "guiding," walking alongside someone who would benefit from someone with more experience. We learned that it's about depending on God with the help of a sister in Christ, not depending on that sister.
