David Wells Re-elected General Superintendent
Tue, May 08, 2012
David Wells was re-elected General Superintendent of The Pentecostal Assemblies of Canada for a second four-year term at Tuesday afternoon's business session.

Rev. David Hazzard announced the results of the vote, explaining that if a person receives over 2/3 of ballot votes pre-conference, then at the conference itself, only a ratification ballot can be taken. Rev. Wells received well in excess of the required 2/3 votes in the pre-conference ballot, with 85.7% of the votes. General Conference ratification votes of 99% confirmed Rev. Wells would lead as general superintendent for another four years.
Rev. Bill Morrow, president of Master's College & Seminary, led the assembly in prayer for Rev. Wells, his wife, and family. Congratulations to David and Susan!
