FRIENDS OF THE ARCHIVES
Friends of the Archives exists to further the work of the National Archives of The Pentecostal Assemblies of Canada. This is done through raising awareness of the need to preserve and enjoy our rich heritage as a Fellowship, gathering archival materials, doing local research, raising funds for special projects and promoting the history of the Fellowship.
What is a Friend of the Archives?
A Friend of the Archives is someone who values the legacy of God’s mighty work in our Fellowship in the past, even as they look to God for greater things in the future. Friends have the opportunity to learn about what goes on behind the scenes at the Archives, to assist in preserving our spiritual heritage and to take an active role in promoting the understanding and use of the Archives.
How can I become a Friend?
You can become a Friend of the Archives with an annual donation of your choice. Lifetime donations in excess of $1,000 will be recognized at our prestigious Patron of the Archives Wall of Honor and these donors will be invited to attend the annual Patron of the Archives Dinner.
We also gladly accept and planned giving gifts such as gifts of life insurance, annuities and estate funds. Various naming rights are available with donations in excess of $10,000.
What are the benefits of being a Friend?
As a Friend, you will receive the following benefits:
· A subscription to the Friends of the Archives Newsletter, produced three times per year.
· A complimentary PAOC logo pin
The greatest benefit of all is knowing that you have helped preserve our rich history in order to help chart a course for those who come behind us!
